In this about exploring each of the elements of design: Line, shape, color, value, texture, space, and form. I took notice of the way that the different elements went into the concept of 3D design, or graphic arts. Previously I've been taught these in a more traditional fine art context. But using the programs to specifically explore each concept was something new. I understand the principles but I never really gave much thought to how these can work and make something more appealing. Graphic design is a visual representation of an idea whether through text, art, or typography. Three types of Graphic Design are Type based design, Images and Type, and Image based design. There are many responsibilities of a Graphic Designer, two that I found interesting are meeting with clients to discuss the scope of the project  and reviewing errors in their work with the client but the client has the final say.   Looking at many different Graphic Design related careers I was interested in multimedia designer with a specific emphasis on animation because it can lead to a wide variety of jobs allowing you to be flexible but also animation is cool. My partner and I were surprised by how much work they put in without little pay and I want to find out more about finding and securing a job in a growing industry (what qualifications, skills, and experience should we have?). What I did over the summer! Me and my friends going out to Slappy Cakes for the first time to live out the last day of summer.  I took a coding course over the summer at ID tech camp and made a bootleg starwars game using my own graphics and coding the game.  I hung out a lot with my dog, Ginger, and my family throughout the summer.  My friend Brinley by a waterfall in Iceland. We went to Amsterdam and then stopped in Iceland on the way home with our family friends.  My friends and I when we drove out to Sauvie's to swim and hangout for the day.
