Photoshop experiments

PHOTOSHOP EXPERIMENTS Original Photo of my friend Bella around Christmas time.  We were asked to take a picture of our family and photoshop it using filters and manipulating the photo. This one I took the original cropped it, and made it black and white toned, then sepia toned (by making duplicate layers). Then I used the quick selection tool to create clean lines for my hand coloring. Because I have used photoshop before, I used the overlay mode for the brush to paint in the colors. I turned the opacity down to about 15% and used a big brush to quickly fill in the areas.  With these two photos I played around with the posterize tool. These are some screenshots from messing around with the amount of levels. This photo was using the pointalize filter.
